Required Documents for admission
The following documents must be submitted with the application form :

a ) The completed KABS application form .
b ) Two recent passport photographs of student .
c ) Original and copy of student’s birth certificate .
d ) Original and copy of student’s civil ID .
e ) Student’s Academic & Medical File from previous school .
f ) Original and copy of the student’s report card for the last 2 years .
g ) Clearance fee document from previous school .
h ) Student’s behavioral report from previous school .
i ) Parents’ Nationality (Kuwaitis, only) with copy .
j ) Parents’ or guardian’s Civil ID with copy .
k ) Copy of the parent’s and student’s passport if the student is transferring from outside Kuwait or if the student has resided outside Kuwait (non-Arabic speaking country or Gulf region) for at least two years.
l ) Father’s and student’s passport and residency (Non-Kuwaitis, only) with copy .
m ) Copy of custody decree in the event of divorce .
